1. Seems most is uploaded?

... not all. Most of the analog drawings and paintings are not digitized because I didn't use them in the books.
In my former lives I was more into horses. The chooks came a bit later, because drawing chooks is way more difficult compared to horses.
Chickens are more difficult due to their beak of which the point directs to you when it looks at you and they are balancing on only 2 legs instead of 4.
Toes are complicated to draw too in chickens for me. The feathers ask for details, I can't help it, must draw every feather therefore the Silkies are least difficult because just like hair the body shape is not a matter of math, its a matter of directions and shadows to add depth.

Chickens move all the time, when caught in a picture they are static, no flowing manes or tails, so action vs. chicken is difficult unless you make a drawing of a flying chicken or a cock fight, have one in my archives, but I don't like cock fighting for its cruelty. The roosters I have don't fight, they chase one another (roadrunners) and that's it.

About me, nothing interesting to tell, I don't consider myself an 'artist' because I lack the personality being one and focus is on the outside world and not inside world or doing Great Things. Next to this, I am absolutely not serious because I prefer joy and fun above inner struggles although had a few as anybody else of course: growing pains, usual stuff.

The illustrations, paintings, drawings always have a purpose, the last couple of years because a picture tells more than a thousand words and I'm a lousy photographer and don't like typing texts, making a drawing is more easy than making a good pic for a certain subject. Or redraw a lousy photo...

The technical aspects of the digital drawings up here (all is digital also after scanning a sketch, lol), most are pimped photos, totally redone because the details were invisible blurred or not stressed enough. After done the chicken, the setting is sometimes important to me too, can't tell why.

In 2010 and 2011 I made a lot of these here and put the chicken in uncommon places. Just for the fun of it. Or playing with light in the illustration is fun to do too (wasting my time I should work instead). Since I discovered digital painting (with stylus on graphic tablet) I was happy, because I screw up soooo many pieces cardboards (never canvas) because I always seem to start on the wrong spot so I need more space and it isn't there!
When drawing digital I can make the 'canvas' as large as I need, or put the drawing on another spot or crop it afterwards so it becomes 'strong'. The result is most of the time half of what I've been painting in total... Therefore my real paint dried up and the jar with brushes is an ornamental memory of the Hard Times in the past, lol.

This is enough I think...

kind greetings,
Sigrid
